Update user Guide content for Drupal 10.2

Problem/Motivation

Changes to Drupal core 10.2 require updates to the user guide content. This issue is for tracking what those changes are, and then making the relevant updates. I'll first start by running the tests to generate screenshots and working through any issues that raises.

Known changes:

  • On Admin > Configuration the heading "Regional and language" was changed to "Region and language"
  • The activity tracker module is deprecated and so the module name on the page is changed, right now it's the one we use in the Install a Module tutorial. We should update content to use "Actions UI" module instead since it's not deprecated.
  • The Field UI changed especially the page at https://user-guide-tests.ddev.site/admin/structure/types/manage/article/... and we'll need to update the text, and screenshots, for the tutorials that talk about that page. Including 6.4: Adding basic fields and content types. 6.6: Setting up a Taxonomy, 6.7 Adding a reference field.
  • Creating custom blocks is now done under Content instead of Structure so block-create-custom will need to be updated to reflect that.
