ElementInfoManagerInterface::getInfo() should document which properties apply only to forms

In all honesty the list shown here is a very small subset of all possible keys, which in fact are largely arbitrary, as seen by e.g #type => inline_template

In addition the link to docs on drupal.org for that method is pointing to out of date docs.

I wonder if we should be trying to make it clear that the return type keys depends on the plugin you ask for (the $type param) and people should instead refer to the individual plugin docs which are much more thorough
