Likert element question title with markup is not rendered in validation message

Problem/Motivation

HTML markup added in the question text of likert elements is not rendered in the (required) validation message. Therefore tags like <strong> are visible in the validation message for the user.

Steps to reproduce

Add a required likert element with markup in the question text.
Fill in the form (without client-side validation) and leave the likert question empty.
See the HTML tags in the validation message.

Proposed resolution

Render the markup also in the validation message.

Remaining tasks

Improve and apply to more use cases.
