Sticky table headers overlap first body row when table is inside vertical tabs

Can you share the steps to reproduce the issue ?

@shweta__sharma as described in the related and linked issue, this happens when a form contains something like this:

    $form['danse']['events'] = [
      '#type' => 'table',
      '#sticky' => TRUE,
      '#header' => $header,
    ];

@saschaeggi, one of the Claro maintainers was part of the problem analysis in the other issue and asked me to open this issue here so that this can be addressed where the problem belongs to.

alex.87 → made their first commit to this issue’s fork.

@jurgenhaas is this 10.2.x issue or 11.x?

@alex.87 This bug was first noticed in 10.2.0; however, bug reports should always be made against the latest dev release and from there potentially being back ported. That's why this issue got reported against 11.x

Some more info about cause in 🐛 Sticky table header dont work within an element with overflow set (e.g. tabs) Active .

(Just linking the issue; I know nothing / have not thought about it.)
