The PR is creating two files that should not be in the project repository: modules/contrib/easy_install/src/Form/PurgeConfigurationsForm.php and modules/contrib/easy_install/easy_install.info.yml. The correct path for those files is src/Form/PurgeConfigurationsForm.php and easy_install.info.yml.
Furthermore, there is already an issue for the same purpose, with a patch that changes the correct files: 📌 Automated Drupal 10 compatibility fixes Needs review .
