AJAX Comments not working with ckeditor5

I used ajax commnents with ckeditor on Drupal 9 succesfully without any trouble.
After upgrading to Drupal 10 and ckeditor 5, it's not working any more.

Tried to look at the reason why, but could not find the root of the failure.
All I can say is, that if ckeditor 5 is used

$_POST['field_comment_body'][0]['value'] is empty

Seems not to be duplicate. At least patch #75 does not change any behavior on my end.
