theme with 'dependencies' now not showing those dependencies on /admin/appearance list

This looks like the expected behaviour of the eStore theme as far I can tell. Switching to the 2.1.x branch of eStore gives no dependencies other than bootstrap. The 8.1.x branch does have the dependencies for font awesome, commerce, pathauto, etc and if you switch to it, you do see the listed dependencies in /admin/appearance.

The attached screenshots are Drupal Core Admin Claro theme admin theme that is showing the list of available themes. I am a maintainer on the estore theme -- this is why i've noticed our dependencies missing in Drupal 10.2 specifically now that it has been released -- i'm retesting some other work..
