Claro: Media library vertical tabs style is broken

Problem/Motivation

Vertical tabs are broken on "Add or select media" modal.

Steps to reproduce

Go to node edit/add page.
Go to body field.
click on insert media.
Now you will see vertical tabs are broken inside "Add or select media" media library dialog.

Proposed resolution

Add missing styles.
