Improve description on settings page

Problem/Motivation

The current description on the settings page is:

Local library
Download the library using npm or with asset-packagist or manually. Place the code in the libraries/vue folder such that the libraries/vue/dist/*.js directory structure. . See this drupal.org Documentation for details.

  1. The double dots (. .) should be removed
  2. The description does not fit for petite-vue (wrong directory). Perhaps we should better separate this and show the information in the description of the according fields?
