Using jQuery.once and it is incompatible with D10

The KPI still using jQuery.once in your javascript file and it is incompatible with D10.

- Enable KPI module
- Create a new dashboard
- Add KPI blocks
- Check the error at console-log

Replace the jQuery.once to once from core.
