Adding Gitlab CI configuration file to configure automated testing

I reviewed and can verify that the gitlab-ci.yml file was added. Looks like we need to address some phpcs and phpunit issues which can potentially be handled in another issue.

@raywalters -- Is this really for 7.x-2.x? It looks like this module is deprecated for Drupal 8+ (see headnote on project page.

We should have caught this earlier. The tests fail and I am not sure we want to spend the time to correct them.
