Update tarteaucitron.js to v1.15.0

Problem/Motivation

Hello,
Thanks for your work on the module which is very useful & easy to use.
On a current project, it was requested to update tarteaucitron to v1.15.0, as it seems to include many a11y fixes.
I saw the issue concerning the removal of the assets from the module, and, while this would be the ideal path, I needed to do this update for said project.

Proposed resolution

You will find attached a patch that updates the lib to v1.15.0, until we can find a proper solution for issue #3372200 📌 Remove tarteaucitron.js library from the package Needs work .

It includes both the update of the lib and the custom modification applied to tarteaucitron.
