List role_paywall as Drupal 8+ alternative and mark this module deprecated

One caveat:

It says here that role_paywall doesn't work with layout builder. It's not clear if/when that will be fixed:

It’s not deprecated, it still works fine for Drupal 7, and I can’t really recommend a Drupal 8 module I don’t know.
