Update linkit patch

I tested the latest patch and can confirm that it correctly switches absolute URLs into relative ones, and stores the link as /node/{nid} instead of the alias, as required by the related linkit ticket.

Thanks for this, yes please push it in asap, so that I don't have to run a patches-ignore and add patch reroll on my side :P
