Database does not exist

This is unusual. Can you reproduce the bug on https://simplytest.me/ or is this something else? Does that site have a table prefix?

No prefix , I took a look at the tables created by webmin when installing, I have taken a screenshot.

I see that the table is missing...

I disabled webform_access with drush

drush pm:uninstall webform_access

Now everything works fine , just can't use webform_access

Does it work if you re-enable webform_access?
