I did a few test adjustments to the Test, to see if this behavior is related to some kind of racing condition, but it doesn't seem so...

I honestly don't know how this test fails. I can not reproduce this issue locally when applying https://git.drupalcode.org/project/drupal/-/merge_requests/4008/diffs.diff, the value correctly shows in the page title popup. Maybe someone else has an idea.

This issue is indeed NOT unrelated to ✨ Increase or remove default textfield #maxlength=128 Active . Closing this issue, we can resolve it in the main issue. Thanks to @lendude for clearing that up on Slack! 👍
