Warmer - create a logo

Hi @e0ipso,

Here I have created logo for warmer module. Please review and post your comments.

I think the logo has a bit too much going on. Also the text "warmer" will get a bit lost when you have the image as a small icon.

Cache is usually displayed as a database icon, I think we should start from that and incorporate a flame or something. I.e. I really like this one: https://www.cache-warmer.com/

In the end it's all personal preference, but I think this one can really be improved :)

I agree with @BramDriesen, I think there are too many fine lines in the current suggestion.

Also, the image needs to be 512x512 pixels. It is currently 200x200.

@deborahblessy, are you interested in working on this further?

Also the provided image is 200X200. Doesn't fulfill the requirement.

I like 1 better. But I still don't have the idea by just looking at the logo that this is for a cache warmer.

I think you have the basis of a great idea in 1 (though it does look a bit like my local gas company logo).

How about adding a database icon, which the licking around it?

I've taken your logo and done a quick mock up, reducing the flame, and adding a database. I shrunk the flame to fit the database icon. However, I made a Drupal drop a little bigger to make a little more room. I made the database white because I didn't want to overload the logo with too many colors, but it could be any color. Don't feel you have to follow this exactly, it's just a suggestion.

Haha exactly 😅 it doesn't give the idea it's for a "Drupal Cache warmer" module.

I think your mock-up indeed is more the way we should go. Looking forward to the edits from one of the designers 😉

This looks great! Maybe one small remark, I feel like the drop is squished a bit horizontally. For the rest I really like this one!
