Problem/Motivation

Running into this which looks like a core bug but the value being passed in is here in this module so I thought I'd fix it here.

Deprecated function: html_entity_decode(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated in decode_entities() (line 463 of /var/www/mycs/releases/151/public/includes/unicode.inc).
