When a collapsible menu item below an already expanded collapsible item is clicked, a part or even the complete subnavigation is pushed out of the visible area. (See attached videos.)
Since the focus is still on the selected item, even though it is no longer visible, this is confusing for the users, regardless of whether they are using the mouse or the keyboard.
After the click - in case the menu would be pushed out of the viewport - the selected menu item scrolls animated into view.
When expanding a collapsible, other expanded collapsibles are not automatically closed.

Makes Drupal easier to use. Preferred over UX, D7UX, etc.
It affects the ability of people with disabilities or special needs (such as blindness or color-blindness) to use Drupal.
This has been addressed already and is working in 1.x. Thanks @christophdubach for taking the time to post this!
