Problem/Motivation

We are looking into adopting the use of Userback for a lot of our existing projects. It would therefore be beneficial for us to have a module we can just install to every project.

Steps to reproduce

Module won't install on a Drupal 10 site.

Proposed resolution

Upgrade support for the module to add Drupal 10 to `userback.info.yml` file.
I think alongside this, it would be good to get a fully released version of the module and make any updates to the js snippet. I'm happy to take some of these issues on and make some overall improvements to the module if required.

    Given the potential benefits the above solution presents, this feels like a logical step forward. Therefore we have taken the initiative to update the module and implement the proposed resolution above.

    Additionally, we have moved forward with a release of a Drupal 10 compatible version of the module.
