Thanks for keeping this up-to-date!

This issue won't be merged until we validate with users it's an expected behavior. I was going to be tested in 📌 Toolbar Prototype Usability Testing Phase 4 Active but since that was finally focused on the Top Bar, the test of this has been moved to 📌 Toolbar Prototype Usability Testing Phase 5 Active .

So postponing this issue until that happens so it is clear where this work stands :)
