"Rewrite the text displayed" not applied on translations

Problem/Motivation

"Rewrite the text displayed" values are not used when view is displayed on a different language then the original

filters on default lanugage EN - OK

configured option override - OK

filters on a different language NL - NOK

translated BEF config - OK

Steps to reproduce

Create a view with exposed filters and configure BEF filters with option overrides
Place the view on a page
Translate the page to a different language

apprently "- All -" gets translated to "- Alle -" before the replacement happens

quick workaround (or maybe even intended behaviour?) is to rewrite the translated value in the original or translated BEF configuration

This appears to be a duplicate of 📌 Rewriting the text displayed for "- All -" label should occur before translation Fixed which is getting closer to completed.
