JS conflicts when logged in

@hcanning This issue seems to be occurring in Barrio Bootstrap 5 theme, so I believe this issue needs to be raised in that theme.

Guiding on how to troubleshoot is a bit out of scope for the Core issue queue and you haven’t shown your code.

Hopefully, the support provided in the two responses has helped to resolve this. Since it has been over a year and more information hasn't been given, I am closing this issue.
