Closing as duplicate of 🐛 Search icon and text overlapping issue. Needs review
When we enable the Display the search input as a menu item option from admin-toolbar-search configuration, found the issue issue in Search UI theming issues. they should be resolved and match with theme.
1. Search icon color default/hover state.
2. In open search filed, text overlap the icon.

1. Drupal 10 setup and enable the gin theme (8.x-3.x) (Horizontal view).
2. On path admin/config/user-interface/admin-toolbar-search-settings, enable the toggle Display the search input as a menu item.
3. Check the issue in Top toolbar.
