    Patch #1 applied successfully, after did status upgrade i get some other error & i fixed that.
    Raised the MR for above module.

    The change in modules/matomo_tagmanager/matomo_tagmanager.install of MR!50 fixes the problem. The extra change in matomo.module in unrelated to this issue and I have removed that from the MR. As it stands now, the MR is RTBC and solves the problem of this issue perfectly.
