I applied your MR in my local with Drupal 9.5.10, it worked for me the module has now the hook_help() method. But it doesn't have enough information, maybe add more information on the hook page that is useful for someone to use the module. Please look at the screenshots attached for your reference.

Hi there, tested MR!8 on a D10 site (v 10.1.4).
The help link /admin/help/better_formats works and looks good, could maybe add bullet points to the list of features.+1 for RTBC

have verified and applied MR !8 on the Drupal 10 version.
I confirm that the patch has been applied successfully and the help() function has been added. I have also included some screenshots for reference.
Can be moved to RTBC+1.
