I confirm the issue

Seems that the issue is from the Bootstrap Styles module.
After 📌 Fix Drupal 10 Change of JS jquery/once to Drupal core/once, migrate JS API Fixed
It could be that it is not fully fixed, or introducing a change of behavior.

Closing this issue as duplicate
Next time we could change the Project directly and keep the same issue
