Problem/Motivation

Drupal 9 requires the 'core' key not to be set in info files

Proposed resolution

remove core key and change core_version_requirement to ^8.8 || ^9 || ^10

    That's not true, the core key can still be present if you want to keep supporting versions below Drupal 8.7.7.
