volkswagenchick is currently working on revamping the First Time Contributor workshop. We have three workshop slots and think one slot can be used for this new version. Is anyone interested in giving the alpha version in Lille? (It's 100% scripted for ease.)

:one: :six: Booth. We typically have the booth for the duration of the event in Europe. We do need volunteers to staff and recruit mentors.
:one: :seven: Mentor Tickets: Need to make sure that those who have mentor tickets have registered and have those sorted out.

Twin Cities Camp is this week and has contribution on Thursday and Friday afternoons.

:three: :one: We need to get some extra testing of the latest updates and how things are in the world of DrupalPod. We did encounter some technical issues at Pittsburgh
:three: :two: Does anyone have resources to test DrupalPod against existing core issues. @Matthew Ramir (crasx) had mentioned perhaps having some bandwith
:three: :three: Updating documentation for DrupalPod, thoughts? Volunteers?
:Four: :zero: Mentoring ticket equity - how do we ensure the process by which mentors receive tickets is equitable?
