I started, not yet finished.

Sort config yml keys alphabetically for easier comparison with the PWA's schema.

I vote against this:
For one, we should keep the order in sync with the order of the configuration pages and the schema order.
Another point would be, that sorting them alphabetically will mix up the manifest and service worker settings, which would create an even bigger mess. If desired, we could split the config schema in manifest and service worker settings.
