Submenu has not been styled.

Problem/Motivation

I have added some menu links in the main navigation and added some of the submenus links. From what I see the submenus has not been styled, which needs to be styled.

Steps to reproduce

Install the theme and enable it
Set as the default theme
Add menus in main navigation
See the submenus styling

Proposed resolution

Need to style submenus.

Worked on this issue and solved it according to the changes requested and done it by changing the SCSS files and compiled it using gulp

Applied the patch at #4, which corrects the submenu style. However, the arrow icon appears slightly lower than expected. Attaching the screenshots for reference.
