Field search report needs filter reset button

Problem/Motivation

With so many filters on the field search (/admin/reports/content-model/field-search) it would be helpful to have a reset button to make it easy to unset all the choices.

This may also be an accessibility concern.
A reset button on a form like this which is really a set of filters falls into the exclusion, where a reset button is warranted. Addressed in this article.
