Readme.md file is blank

Readme.md files in MR!1 is still not as per Drupal Recommendation.

I have reviewed and applied your MR. It is following the README.md template →
A minor issue is that First maintainer has not mentioned his name in the profile, He has only displaying his username. It's better we should not use the name without knowing.
