Rename tokens provided by events to use underscore instead of hyphens

This of course requires an update hook that properly takes care of renaming any tokens in existing ECA configurations.

Tokens have been renamed, and a post update hook is available to update existing models. This should be reviewed and tested with existing models from both the bpmn_io and the classic modeller.

Looks good. I also checked the post update script. This works as well.
