Problem/Motivation

The Admin Form is empty when no active queue workers are present:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install a clean Drupal 10
  2. Install the module
  3. Visit the config form, no queue worker instances are listed

    Tried the module with version 8.x-1.x-dev on Drupal 10.1, and the issue is not reproducible. Please add any specific steps through which the issue can be reproduced.

    I have reproduce this module on my local setup, there is no error i get after the installation.

    #2If you uninstall locale (drush pmu locale) you will have the empty form in your case. I have added the reproducible steps in the issue summary, thanks
