Multi level menu is not display correctly

In my local it is looking good.I think when the main menu length is greater than sub menu item length then display is not good,

I added under submenu "PM Kissan" now no content is visible.+1 for issue.

I checked and tested #5. It was successfully applied and the problem of overlapping elements with other elements was fixed. I have attached the screenshots for reference. Please check them.
