When try to access Migrate Tools config page return WSOD

If you install migrate plus module then this error will be gone so i am providing patch below for including migrate plus module also as a dependency in Path Redirect Import module.

I am providing patch for dependencies in Migrate Tools module.
When this module is installed then migrate plus module is also installed and there will be no errors.

I had this same issue after installing this module for the first time. I just installed the migrate plus module.

Tested patch #3 and at least alone it is not working.

dependency issue is taken care with this #6 patch, I faced issue while site has already installed migrate tools module without migrate plus. So, just to make double validation i am adding hook update to validate and install migrate plus if it's not installed with migrate tools.

this module only has an optional dependency on migrate plus. If another module depends on the migrate plus config entities, then it should list migrate plus as a dependency. this module won't have a hard dependency on plus though.
