Support NLPCloud entities endpoint

Problem/Motivation

I would like to do Named Entity Recognition using https://docs.nlpcloud.com/#entities. It works, but (a) only provides raw JSON as I need to think about how best to incorporate the output, and (b) can only handle a limited size text payload while in synchronous mode (see #3377608 re async mode).

Attached is a starter for entity extraction via the https://docs.nlpcloud.com/#entities endpoint using the entities() method on the NLPCloud PHP SDK.
