[D10] - Disallowed or malformed HTML in a translation string.

During install, dblog is not installed so there's no drupal log to look at. I'll see if it shows up in the server logs for php.

Nothing in the server logs, would have to install dblog prior to the translations being processed to see what the error might be.

I saw the same issue when installing WxT 5.0.0 a few days ago, let's see what I can find on my end.

I had a look on this and it looks there there is an issue with a translation file for the bootstrap theme (bootstrap-8.x-3.29.fr.po), specifically at line 433:

msgstr "<div>@message</div><pre><code>@backtrace
