Just so our patches do not get forgotten:
The WxT distribution is still using this with bootstrap 3.x, between 200 and 300 installs, multiple public sector organizations, multiple installs in each organization.

The MR is against branch 4.x. Which patch is for 3.x?

the patches apply to 3x and I suspect also the MR will also apply to 3x

We've been using patch 3 for years with boothstrap 3x
