Add JS to system_file_system_settings_form to dynamically update examples based on current settings

Problem/Motivation

In ✨ Provide options to sanitize filenames (transliterate, lowercase, replace whitespace, etc) Fixed we're adding a bunch of new settings about transliteration to system_file_system_settings_form. That's a huge monster issue, already nearly 400 comments long. We'd like to improve the UX of this form by having some JS that dynamically updates some example filenames to show how they'd be renamed with the currently selected combination of settings.
