In edit, paragraphs overflow their container

Problem/Motivation

While editing a node in the admin pages, there are circumstances where the paragraphs will end up wider than their container and overlap the menu on the right. If there are paragraphs nested inside other paragraphs, the overlap is more likely to happen. CKEditor5 pushes the paragraphs out a lot too.

The issue was raised for Claro, but there are thoughts that it should actually be fixed in paragraphs.

Steps to reproduce

  • Create new content that uses paragraphs
  • Resize the window to about 1200px, just before the breakpoint where righthand menu moves to the bottom
  • Add paragraphs and see if they overlap the menu
