[3.x] Allow multiple emails for different error types

Hi,
I added an MR for the 1) easy way.

We should rebase this on ✨ Add option to send email to multiple adresses Needs work once that is merged.

Postponing this on the other issue.

Here's the suggested configuration as just discussed with @Grevil:
We should do this in a 3.x branch, I think.

We should do this, the current logic is very limited and the UX isn't good.
