Fix the issues reported by phpcs

I have resolve all Warnings and Errors. Please review.

I noticed MR after creating patch and it was Fixing the issue so I moved this issue to RTBC by mistakenly. But now I can see merge error is present hence moving it to Needs review.

Yes, another code was merged to the main branch, so this should be updated/rebased. Moving to "Needs work"

Regarding warnings:
Only string literals should be passed to t() where possible

1) these are only warnings and only "static" values are inserted here.
2) @Indrapatil: I rebased your MR, and changed the target branch from 3.x to 4.0.x. - you just removed the translation of the mentioned strings. We need these strings to be translated.
3) @pragati_kanade: for the message you used:
t('@placeholder', ['@placeholder' => $params['message']], $options);
I think it's too general (string: '@placelholder').
