Hello @Priya_Degwekar Thank you for reviewing my patch . But I would like to clear you about my patch that I have only created a patch to mention the important points that need to be included within the README.txt.

Created MR for the change.

No need to create readme.txt. Create Readme.md file for drupal 10 and future version.

Readme.md files as per required format.
