Add restriction to put [OTP] in Email Body

Problem/Motivation

during development I observed in otp 'Reset Password Mail OTP' mail body in not validation if no otp token entered

Steps to reproduce

Install the reset_password_email_otp module
go to configuration admin/config/people/reset-password-email-otp
and save 'Reset Password Mail OTP' body without [OTP] token.

Proposed resolution

we need to add validation on same.
