[beta4] Card description text should not have <p> html tag

Problem/Motivation

I try to build card pattern, inside the regions of text i set a field text formatted. Also because it's formatted text, the value has a tag (like div or p) and also break the dom beacause it's not allowing to have a html tag display block inside a <p> tag. I.E : my field is outside <p class="fr-card__desc"> tag

Steps to reproduce

Try to add formatted text field inside region text with card pattern

Proposed resolution

replace tag <p> of pattern-card.html by a div
