Problem/Motivation

Unit tests fail with the following error:

Drupal\Core\Extension\InfoParserException: The 'core_version_requirement' constraint (9.5.9) requires the 'core' key not be set in modules/contrib/webform_remote_handlers/tests/modules/webform_remote_handler_post_test/webform_remote_handler_post_test.info.yml

Steps to reproduce

Run unit tests.

Proposed resolution

Remove `core: 8.x` from the `webform_remote_handler_post_test` module info file.
