CronRule.php does not handle all variables properly

This is a partial duplicate of 📌 Fix PHP 8.2 deprecation issue with CronRule-class RTBC - it's up to the maintainer on which approach to take (rename the variable or create a new one and then remove the old one).

RTBC+1 Using this on quite a few projects actually. But maybe the solution in the other ticket is a bit more "clean". Up to the maintainers to decide which one they want to merge.

Maintain a typo problem don't seem to be "more clean" to me. This patch fix an ortograph problem.
I think last ran is less appropriate than run in this context.

@Mars0test I've red your comment a few times, but I really have no idea what you're trying to say 😅 could you perhaps explain a bit more?

The other issue was committed, this seems to have some extra bits, should be either rebased or closed if those aren't needed.
