Why would an example sub-theme require Drupal 10 when the base theme does not require it?
Furthermore, this should eventually be fixed for a different branch.

@szato You are correct.
The MR in that issue changes all the .info.yml files, not just two files like the patch in this issue. Furthermore, it considers another possible action: remove the example theme, which is reported to be useless.
